OCP "Ping the world" - Khrystya
– How long have you been a member of OGX team?
In general, it is a specific question as there were circumstances because of which I didn`t work in a team, as for all my time being in AISEC I was OCP in various projects =)
–Why have you chosen project Ping the world?
When an application forms on the project started , I have felt it is mine. It is my project. I can compare it with feeling of love - you see the person and you feel that it is your person. And the same was with the project - it is very close to me, as we recruits of people on professional training in IT Sphere. And this year I will receive the diploma of IT =) Plus I was on training and I know, how abruptly it is =) Therefore I want do this once again =) –The project is still proceeding, what successes have you already reached?
Still it is to early to speak about concrete successes, but we are trying to popularize training. We already have first result - almost 60 application forms but while only 2 transactions, and we want more =)
– How did you conduct the recruitment? What method are most effective?
We held presentations, online recruitment, countrydays. And still the most effective is the personnel approach =)
–What plans concerning the project on the future?
IT Conference on 4th of February and signings minimum of 14 transactions =)
Were there any funny situations?
Once one person have come on interview to me with the lawyer. There was a sensation that it is my interview but not his =) But at the end everything was good and this person has decided to sign with us the agreement =)
– What would you advise to the successors which become OCP of this project?
The most important council - to take pleasure in the project, to love and appreciate the command. For whatever happens - the command will always support =) And experience and friends remain =) Whatever come across. It is necessary to be ready to difficulties and never surrender. It is sometimes difficult, but then you remember everything with a smile. I am not the first one in the OCP therefore know it on myself =) And the successor I will support as soon as there will be in it a requirement =)

How it all started, why you chose ER?
Everything started with the idea that ER is something very confusing, but nevertheless interesting. Cooperation with companies, negotiations with "big bosses", contracts and raising – everything was new for me, so I decided to try. Why not? ERis not only raising, but also a huge work above yourself, above fear, the art of negotiations is not only talk in business atmosphere, but also a skill that is required on every day. Which the student doesn’t want to"raise" teacher for a couple of points? It is also a kind of negotiations ;)
What was the most difficult in the beginning of raising? How passed the first Coldcalls, the first meeting?
Ironically, the most difficult was simply to take the phone to the hands and dial. The Secretary seemed frightening monster that decides your fate, allow to director or not. The main thing is practice, so after a few calls, secretaries seemed pretty cute at last. Again, only if not call them while the lunch break ;). The first meeting was successful, she was with the director of the "7 pigs," which have already been our partner.
You became the winner of ERcampain. What was this campain , and what efforts you had to apply to become a winner? What will you advice for future ER?
Campain was on the number of meetings. Winners - those who had them most. During campain I was one of the organizers NEW HORIZONS, where the main work for the project realization is raising, raising and once again raising.
For future ER most important thing is desire to work in ER, self-confidence and clear knowledge of what, to whom you want to sell, and why it will be interesting actually to him. Study the company's needs and knowledge of your product – that's the key to success. It would be useful to study the psychology of behavior (to determine the closeness, openness) but it comes with practice.
In which national initiatives are you working now?
At the moment I am working in the National Sales Team. The task of my team is work with companies from MC list on the national level. Personally, my responsibilities – coordination of national projects, programs of Ambassadorship and organization of oneday partnership event for all partners of AIESEC in Ukraine.

History of internship
Tereza Dmytryshyn
This summer I was on internship in Turk ey
This country staggered me above all things by the beauty, hospitable and good people, delicious but a bit by sharp foods, plenty of cafe, hotels and restaurants, by the presence of television set, wifi, and stewards in every bus which travels from a city to the city.
Project in which I worked has the name of Myself Myworld. The purpose of project was dates basis senior pupils and students what purpose, as correctly to arrive at it, how to become a leader, what skills are here needed, and also to pull up the level of English and acquaintance with the culture of country of every probationer. Probationers on one project it was 30 and all were from different countries, such as: Brazil, India, Poland, Indonesia, China,Great Britain, Taiwan, Romania, Ukraine, Belgium, Morocco, Canada … It is incredibly pleasant it was to work with children, as they were very interested in our lectures and it was very interestingly them to know anymore about every probationer and his country.
Also one of the best flashbacks of my stay in Turkey there is experience of dwelling in the Turkish family, which for one and a half months became me
Spend your summer cool - go for EXCHANGE!
For more information - contact Tereza or Vitya or someone of EB!
You can't miss such a great opportunity :)
an indeed native family, which acquainted me with Turkish traditions, national kitchen, national dances, with which we communicate and for this day. Unforgettable also there were our general evenings with probationers, everybody told something about itself and about the country, showed traditional dances and traditional things brought with itself.
For these one and a half months we very much became friends and named itself one big family of MFMW!

Perhaps, a lot of people heard about AIESECer's skiing. We had an interview with Tim Alexandronez to know more about this exciting event.
In winter we can do a lot interesting things. Why did you decide to go skiing?
Skiing is excellent winter sport. Adrenalin rushes into your blood when you see big tops and ride them. Fresh air, a lot of snow, picturesque mountains support your good mood all day.
Where were you skiing at?
We were skiing at Bukovel. Was it difficult, to find people, who want skiing?
No! About 20 people applied to join our trip just when i posted message for aiesecers.
What can you tell about weather? Was is it cold in there?
It was about -5 C. But active skiing was bringing a lot of warm to us=)
What is the thing you love the most about skiing?
I like this amazing feeling of going fastly with full control!
How the skiing is important to your life?
Skiing is kind of activity that relaxes me more than other things. When you are skiing you don’t think about anything. It is perfect rest for your brain.
What can you advice and wish to newbies?
I strongly recommend to join this healthy sport.
Can the sport help us to develop our leadership potential or something else?
Probably if you are organising the next trip;)
